Chelsea Spence-Crane
Chelsea Spence-Crane started her Musikgarten experience as a parent, participating with her son Calvin in the babies class. Chelsea and Calvin enjoyed the class so much, that once the local MusikGarten teacher decided to retire, Chelsea wanted to ensure that the Tri-Cities continued to have access to this amazing program. Chelsea became a certified MusikGarten teacher in 2015 and takes great joy in sharing her love of music and connecting with the families who join in MusikGarten.
A Tri-Cities native, Chelsea earned her Master's degree in Harp performance from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, and her Bachelor's of Music from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA
Ms. Spence-Crane is principal harpist for the Mid-Columbia Symphony, Walla Walla Symphony, and the Oregon East Symphony in Pendleton, OR. Chelsea regularly performs with the Mid-Columbia Mastersingers, and other local musical groups.
Chelsea is the harp instructor at Walla Walla University and Whitman College, and has a harp studio in Kennewick, WA.
